ABM Subdivision Map

The map below depicts all residential properties located within the master-planned community of Ahwatukee. Ahwatukee is comprised of 5,073 residential lots within 56 subdivisions. Sixteen of these subdivisions (which contain 1,628 residential lots) are restricted to occupancy by residents 55+ years of age. Age-restricted subdivisions are identified starting with the letter “R”: RS-1 through RS-9, RM2, RST, RT2, RD1 & RD2, and RTV1 & RTV2. All other subdivisions are not age-restricted. The yellow areas on the map depict common areas owned and maintained by the ABM.
