Welcome to RD-2 Management Council ~

RD-2 is a close knit community comprised of 109 duplex homes. A 55 years and older subdivision, RD-2 is located in the heart of Ahwatukee where residents enjoy beautiful views along the Ahwatukee Gold Club championship course.

Meetings

All meetings, with exception of Executive Session, are open to all RD-2 members.


Board of Directors - held at the Ahwatukee Board of Management offices at 8:30 am. Meetings scheduled for 2018 are:

Assessments - The RD-2 monthly assessment is due on the first day of each month for the upcoming month, with a 15 day grace period for "on time" payments.                 

Architectural Committee - Time and location to be determined based on applications received.

Architectural Dos and Don'ts

As a reminder, RD-2 homes are subject to an Architectural Review Committee process. That means, any change, alteration, addition, etc. to the exterior of the property must be submitted for, and receive, written approval by the association prior to commencing work. Improvements such as skylights, satellite dish placement, solar units, gates are ALL included in this process. Please note, RD-2 Management Council does not provide verbal approvals. Please do not begin a project until or unless you have received prior written approval. It is suggested you do not sign a contract or purchase materials until or unless you have obtained written approval as a request may be denied. Please plan on at least two (2) weeks to have your request reviewed. Should you have any questions about the process or requirements, please contact our office at (480) 893-3502.
