Adult Learn to Swim Program

We are passionate about teaching adults to swim!

Students will learn basic swimming skills necessary to be safe in and around water. Students will be provided the knowledge needed to make swimming for fitness part of a long term healthy lifestyle.

The beginner swimmer is introduced to breath control, front and back float, kicking and basic freestyle, and backstroke.

Intermediate swimmers are taught all 4 swim strokes with an emphasis on technique and endurance.

Classes are taught by Certified U.S. Masters Swimming Adult Learn to Swim Instructors:
               Joyce Foote, Susan Hyden and Mary Woodmansee


Tuesdays and Thursdays  6:45pm - 7:30pm              $80
