F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training)


F.I.T. focuses on individual muscle groups while building a stable core and sculpting a strong body.  Includes short bursts of exercise followed by weight training. All in 30 minutes.

H.I.I.T. is high intensity interval training; a training technique in which you give all out 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise.  Followed by short, active, recovery periods.  This training keeps your heart rate up and helps burn fat. All in 30 minutes.
