Facility Rentals

Please call Lisa Robinson for information on renting the facility, pool or park at 480-893-3431, ext 2. To make a reservation, please call the Community Center at (480) 893-1942 to check availability on the date desired.


$300/Refundable security deposit required for any facility rental. There is also an additional $75 fee for any non-resident (non-Ahwatukee Board of Management HOA member)

Large Group

A large group is where the guests exceed the regular reservation capacity and creates additional impact to general park use.

  • $60/hour for residents
  • $85/hour for non-residents

Rental fee includes use of Ramadas 1, 2, 3, or 4 and area surrounding each Ramada including the baseball field (2 hours).


Special Event

A special event includes, but is not limited to, a parade, festival expo, show, party or other similar activity which interferes with the normal use of the park.

  • $100/hour for residents
  • $125/hour for non-residents

Rental fee includes use of Ramadas 1, 2, 3, and 4, stage, baseball field, and a staff member to supervise set-up/tear down, be on call for grounds emergencies and to secure the park after the event.
